If the Steelers had a woman coaching their offensive line it couldn't be any worse than it was in 2021. they're definitely well over-quota on black men on the coaching staff, it would be nice to see a little diversity. maybe one of them fellas that think he's a lady? the Oline played like women for 18 weeks so they might relate to hers' struggles
